Estonian Property Maintenance Association

Estonian Property Maintenance Association (EKKL) is an NGO founded by entrepreneurs in the property maintenance field. Our aim is to increase the nation-wide cooperation of entrepreneurs and specialists in property maintenance. We also represent our members’ joint interests with policymakers.

About Estonian Property Maintenance Associaltion

Estonian Property Maintenance Association was founded in 1995. Our members include large enterprises as well as sole traders in the property management and maintenance field nation-wide.

Our goal as the umbrella organisation for the aforementioned entities is to ensure a high quality of standards and practices in the property management and maintenance field in Estonia. We do that by developing and maintaining standards in the property management and maintenance specialties, by liaising with policymakers whenever our members’ interests are on the line or our specialist know-how is required, as well as by enabling knowledge sharing and expanding via joint activities for our members.

We are also the official issuer of vocational credentials in the field of property management and maintenance in Estonia. In addition to that, we also issue association-specific internal certificates for those organisations wishing to prove their compliance with the highest quality requirements in their field.
